Current projects focus on several main areas:
- Aluminum-doped Zinc Oxide "superlattice" film: emerging metamaterial for light control (see fig. 1)
- Emission properties and photoluminescence dynamics of the Al:ZnO/ZnO metamaterial with hyperbolic dispersion (see fig. 2)
- Novel properties and applications for nanophotonic devices with hyperbolic dispersion in the mid-IR (see fig. 3)
- Finite-Difference-Time-Domain numerical study of ultrashort pulse propagation in the Al:ZnO/ZnO metamaterial at the epsilon-near-zero spectral point (Fig. 4).
